Creativity has always played a large and stimulating role in my life and the hunger to experiment with different styles, techniques and mediums, and to produce aesthetically pleasing pieces of work (Physical or digital) is impossible to try and repress.
Stuff about me
My name is Marie Howell, I also go by LMSP and I am a digital artist.
I spend most of my time retouching/restoring photos, creating and using design elements for larger projects and snapping pictures for use as stock.
My main tools are Photoshop, Illustrator and my Nikon D3100.
I instantly fell in love with Photoshop after discovering it on a friends computer in 2005. Ever since I have trawled the internet for tutorials, free learning resources and handy tips to expand my knowledge of the programs and develop the skills I have picked up along the way.
Illustrator became the obvious solution to many issues I faced while working on something (The main one being convenience) and I enjoy being able to photograph my own textures to use in a project rather than using a stock image.
